Graph 4.2
This is a freeware program you can install on your computer.  It does a really good job of graphing functions or graphing sets of points.  I love it.  Or if you'd rather not install anything on your computer, try . . .

xFunctions online graphing calculator 
To use this, don't use the one built into the web page.  Click the button that says "Launch" and change the drop-down menu at the top to "multi graph."  This is just as easy to use as a TI-84!

Course Framework
This is Mississippi's definition for every math course offered in the state.  It is really a huge Adobe Acrobat file.  The Algebra II information is on page 55, and the Statistics information is on page 74.
